You know you're the best of friends when you can play against each other on the field to win and afterward the game, you're still friends. That's what Forrest and Gentry do each soccer season. This past Thursday, we were up 2-1 with eight minutes to go when Gentry's team scored. When the clocked ran out, the game was tied 2-2. Unfortunately, a tie means neither claims the "bragging rights" That's probably a good thing, because I am positive that Gentry's mom would not have liked to hear all the trashing that comes with the bragging rights for the next week during early morning seminary!
I'm a brand new stay-at-home mom after almost nine years of teaching elementary physical education. I am married to a fantastic husband of fifteen years who loves me for who I am and is very supportive in all that I do, especially scrapbooking! We have a an almost 16 year old son who loves sports and is your typcial teenager in every fashion, shape and form. Our 13 year old daughter is the musician in the family and cannot wait to be a teenager! Our family wouldn't be complete without our weiner dog and standard poodle, Benny & Carhartt. I am very blessed to have such a wonderful family and am extremely happy where I am in my life.
